When was the last time you heard complete stillness? No sirens, no cars, not even a dog! Or you could open your window wide and only hear the low pitched symphony of nature? (We cannot guarantee this every night, sometimes there is some rain, wind or the monkeys). 

For your tropical getaway with spectacular views, you will really enjoy Casita 11. An upper scale, 400 sq ft studio with a large front deck. Sit on your front deck and only 200 feet away, the jungle meets the lake. Usually, you can see toucans, parrots, and a multitude of other birds fly across your front yard. And there are a family of monkeys often to entertain in the treetops. 

Within a 2 minute walk you are at our 2 level infinity pool. And in 5 minutes you can walk to the grass covered beach park for a picnic, wakeboard lessons, etc.
Your front deck is great for a meal while watching nature or watching the magnificent sun as it sets behind the trees, while you are serenaded by the sounds of nature. 
If you prefer to stay inside, you have cable T.V. and WiFi. The casita's large windows and sliding glass doors mean you can pull back the curtains and see the jungle and the lake from inside. 

And being that the temperature is usually between 75 and 85 year round, there is no need for artificial air conditioning or heating. Just leave the windows open and enjoy the fresh air. There is a ceiling fan if you would like an extra breeze. 

If you are looking for more of a nightlife, a gym, supermarkets, a doctor, etc, Tilaran (the largest town near the lake), is less than a 10 minute drive away. One of the best restaurants around the lake, Las Brisas, is only 1 KM away. Or have a really good pizza delivered to your casita. Most things are close by, yet, the stillness and tranquility of this gated, 15 home, community makes your casita feels like it is hours from civilization. 

Less than 15 minutes drive to some of the best windsurfing of the world and windsurfing lessons.

Within an hour and a half is zip lining, mineral, hot springs, white water rafting, hot, mineral mud bathes, a large cat rescue facility/zoo, canopy tours of Monteverde, ocean beaches and Liberia airport. 

Lake Arenal is the largest lake in Costa Rica, 22 miles long, 200 feet deep. Buena Vista 1, is an upscale gated community with guards and dual level infinity pool.

Across the street is a Lake Front park. Offers wakeboard rentals and lessons, fishing trips, kayak rentals, sailboat tours, and more.

1 KM from the town of San Luis (Many Restaurants and 2 mini marts)
7 KM from Tilaran, largest city near Lake Arenal (supermarkets, banks, medical and dental clinics, pharmacies, main bus station, etc).
